I'm in Chiang Mai right now, and my friends here have this thing they say. When I throw out an idea or a plan and they're on board, they go "chai bro." Chai means yes in Thai, so it's basically "yeah man, you're right." It's a small thing. But I've noticed that every time someone says it, I move a little faster on whatever I just said out loud.

It got me thinking about how long I waited for a bigger version of that before I made anything.
